Sorry to hear you want to send something back, but no stress—we’ll make it easy for you. You can return revitsport.com orders that are new, unworn, unwashed and still have their product tags attached within 30 days after delivery.
To initiate a return through our self-service portal, log into your account, select the order you wish to return, choose the items and the reason, and submit the request. Please find the step-by-step guide below:
- Access your account: Log in to your customer account on https://account.revitsport.com . If you don't have an account, you can access the return page using the "View your order" link which can be found in the order confirmation email you have received.
- Verify your account: Enter the email address used to place the order and click Continue.
- Enter the code: Open your email inbox, copy the 6-digit verification code, and paste it back on the store's portal.
- Select items: Once logged in, find the eligible fulfilled order you wish to return and click Request return. Check the box next to the specific items you want to send back.
- Add details: Choose a return reason from the dropdown menu and include any additional notes if necessary.
- Submit: Click Request return to finalize
After you have completed your return request, you will receive an email with a digital shipping label. With this label you can drop off your parcel at the nearest parcel shop and send it back to us.
Please note that you’ll also find the return instructions the documents email you received after your order.
