We advise against using our REV’IT! SEESOFT, SEESMART, or SEEFLEX protectors in garments from other brands. Each of our protectors is developed in combination with our own garments. They are designed, tested, and certified as a system to ensure the best possible fit, comfort, and safety.
The protector pockets in our jackets and pants are carefully shaped and constructed to hold a specific protector securely in place. When you place a protector in a pocket that wasn’t designed for it, we cannot guarantee that it will fit correctly. A poor fit may cause the protector to shift or sit incorrectly, which can compromise both comfort and protection.
In the event of an accident, this mismatch could mean the protector does not perform at the level it was engineered for. Even though our protectors meet high safety standards on their own, their effectiveness depends on being positioned and secured exactly as intended.
For these reasons, we recommend using our protectors only in REV’IT! garments. This way, you can be confident that you’re getting the maximum level of safety, performance, and comfort that the combination was designed to provide.
